1. The lonely journey of being menopausal - The Start
I wanted to start this blog on the terrible ordeal I went through by hitting peri-menopause at the age of 46. There were all sorts of changes that I endured during this time that put me in all sorts of emotional, hormonal and physical turmoil. I am not a medical professional and probably don't know what I am talking about half the time. I, like you who somehow stumbled into this blog, probably have done your extensive researches (aka, googled) on the terrifying ordeal that you may be witnessing now and will be looking forward to in future. I wanted to use this blog to let all the beautiful women out there that you aren't alone in this journey and whatever horrible torture this physical manifestation of peri-menopause you are going through, I have probably gone through too. So lets walk this journey together.
